ITEM ARRIVAL

Top Rank Vintage makes it aware that many times dues to high demand of an item, the item maybe out of stock after the purchase of an item. Top Rank in that case will notify the customer with an estimated time of arrival. It will be at the discretion of the customer to decide whether to wait or request a refund at that time

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Deliveries will be made via U.P.S. within 30 days maximum of the reception of your order and your payment. All shipments must be signed for. Goods will be delivered according to their availability. In case of incomplete delivery, only the goods delivered will be charged. There are no shipping charges on back orders. You will be charged for shipping on the first delivery. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

 All Shipments must be signed for. Please indicate if you would like to release the signature from your delivery. U.P.S will make repeated delivery attempts before returning your merchandise to Top Rank Vintage. If you would like to schedule a delivery intercept, reroute your package, or attempt a redelivery, you will be responsible for the associated charges.

Given the fact that these are authentic pieces that are found throughout Europe , Prices are subject to change at any time with out notice due to many factors including but not limited to : currency exchange rate, price of acquisition, tariffs and import taxes, any other government intervention that increase the cost of bring these stunning pieces to your door step

The prices that you see on TopRankVintage.com are updated daily to reflect the latest sales and specials. Prices are the same whether you order on the website or over the phone.The estimated total, which is displayed to you at the start of our online checkout process, is provided to give you an idea of what your order will cost. This estimate may change after your specific sales tax and delivery fees are calculated. You will be provided with a correct and accurate total at the end of our online checkout process. If an item goes on sale, we will honor price adjustments, but these must be requested within five business days of the original purchase date. If it has been more than five business days since the date you placed your order, no price adjustment will be made.

Only one discount per order will be approved. Top Rank Vintage will not be responsible for any delay of goods due to incomplete order forms or unattainable authorizations from credit card companies.TOP RANK VINTAGE does not accept personal checks for payment.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND

TopRankVintage.com  will exchange or reimburse goods within 15 days from the shipping date. All goods must be returned in perfect condition along with a copy of your initial invoice. Please indicate on the back of your invoice form the reason of your return. In case goods are not available for an exchange, you will be reimbursed. Your account will be credited within 15 days. In case of return, shipping costs are at the customers charge and original shipping charges paid to ship your item are non-refundable . We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides package tracking to avoid delays. Please note that a package refusal does not suffice as a request for a refund. Top Rank Vintage reserves the right to decline your return if these Sales Conditions are not met.
