Top Rank Vintage will refund the whole amount of the merchandise when it is shipped back within 2 weeks (your return can arrive after 2 weeks as long as the carrier has possession of it within 2 weeks from the day it was originally delivered) . Please keep in mind the following:

  • The refund does not include the shipping cost as the money you paid for shipping went straight to the shipper.
  • We do not cover the cost of the return postage unless the product(s) was defective or it was the wrong item(s). However, we always, for the the purpose of convenience and cost to you ( you will pay 30%-50% more at any shipper compared to the cost of our return label ) email you a return label which will be deducted from the refund amount.
